In a matter of days, we will lift the curtains once again in The Colosseum for the REO Speedwagon concert on December 11. We can feel the excitement and anticipation from you and our guests.

With the total Colosseum experience returning, it is important for our guests to know the arrival process has changed. Early arrival is required to accommodate the new show registration process. Shows will start on time and late arrivals may result in longer wait times and late entrance into the show.

For our guests, experience is everything and it is important for us to get it right.  Good service leaves people feeling appreciated.  It also has a tangible impact measured in revenue and return visitation.  Now that we have headline entertainment back in The Colosseum, let us give guests the great experience they have been waiting over a year and a half for. Being knowledgeable and providing friendly, helpful service are the most important elements for a great night.

You can assist in assuring our guests have a great Colosseum experience by reminding them of the following:

  • Guests can complete their Contact-Tracing Card prior to visiting our property
  • Complimentary parking is available in the parking garage
  • Our restricted bag policy is in effect – the smaller, the better! [6.5” x 4.5”]
  • Guests need to present their printed or digital proof of vaccination, along with ID, and their contact-tracing card.
  • Arrive early to account for increased wait times and enjoy live music and drink specials at Cosmos
  • The Colosseum doors and bars open at 7:30pm with pre-show entertainment
  • Guests must be checked into The Colosseum by 8:45pm and there is no re-entry into The Colosseum.
  • Masks are required at all times unless actively eating or drinking. Masks must cover nose, mouth, and chin at all times. Neck gaiters are not permitted.

We are preparing communication, videos and signage to assist our guests in understanding the importance of arriving early to enjoy their return to The Colosseum. Please visit the blog in the coming days for more details on creating a memorable night for guests.

We continue to schedule frequent virtual Town Halls to keep you updated and I ask you to Save the Date for Thursday, December 16 at 11am for our next Town Hall. In addition to business updates, we will also be launching our new Mission Vision, and Values. Please also continue to submit your questions on our Ask Us Anything form in preparation of this meeting.

Thank you.
